ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition praying to direct the second respondent to register the FIR against the third to fifth respondents/accused, on the basis of the compliant given by the petitioner, dated 05.01.2024, in view of the order passed by the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai, dated 15.04.2024.

2. It is clear from the submissions made on either side that the earlier order of this Court passed in this petition on 22.01.2025, has been duly complied with. Hence, while recording the said compliance, this petition is closed.
