The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 333 days in filing the revision petition against the judgement dated 31.08.2022 in C.A.No.15 of 2022 on the Additional District Judge, Mayiladuthurai.
2. Though the name of the respondent has been printed in the cause list no one appeared on their behalf.
3. Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the petition and considering the inordinate delay, this Court considers it appropriate to allow this petition on payment of costs. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 333 days in representing the above revision, is condoned subject to payment of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order, failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court. _________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
