The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent herein to register the case on the complaint in C.S.R.No.179 of 2015 dated 26.11.2015, pending on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. The petitioner herein lodged a complaint as against one Chandrasekar in respect of a sale of property. Though the said complaint was given on 26.11.2015, till date no action was taken. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present criminal original petition.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a detail enquiry was conducted on the complaint given by the petitioner and both of them agreed to seek their remedy before the Civil https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court. Therefore, the complaint was closed and he has also produced the closure report for the perusal of this Court. The copy of the closure report is served to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4. Since the complaint has already been closed, recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
