Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.No.12262 of 2018 by order dated 28.04.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SURESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12262 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.219 of 2018 while granting anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are not complying the condition imposed by this Court from 14.05.2018 to 23.05.2018. Hence, this petition may be dismissed.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (crl.side), this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
