ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for R1 and R2.

2. The petitioner made a representation on 19.12.2013, stating that she was informed that the land in T.S.No.5/7 Part and T.S.No.1 Part, to an extent of 01.08.9 Sq.mts (325 cents), is not found in the Land Register. However, in the proceedings of the Tahsildar, in file No.A1/28066/89, dated 9.8.1991, it was clearly mentioned. Accordingly, the petitioner sought for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

direction to insert the subject land in the Permanent Land Register and rectify the mistake.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that suffice it to direct the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 19.12.2013.

4. Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation and without going into the merits of the same, a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2013 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
