This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate writ order of direction in the nature of a writ, calling for the records of the respondent in Na.Ka.9851/2008/E1, dated 28.08.2009 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to reinstate the petitioner into the services of Electical Helper in the 2nd respondent Municipality.

O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also submitted a letter dated 09.12.2019 to the Registry and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above said letter and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
