(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) This writ petition has been filed in public interest seeking orders on Respondent Nos.1 to 3 to send proposals to the fourth respondent for construction of road over-bridge on the Chennai Tiruvallur Highway (CTH) road between Ambattur and Thirumullaivoyal Railway stations, replacing the existing narrow Railway over-bridge No.64A, in pursuance of the representation made by the petitioner.

2.After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents/State, the writ petition is disposed of by directing Respondent No.1 to treat the writ petition along with the enclosures in the typed set filed therewith as representation of the petitioner and to take a decision thereon in accordance with law, as soon as possible.
