Crl.O.P.Nos.11012 to 11014 of 2015, 11136 of 2015, 29179 to 29182 of 2015 and 27158 to 27171 of 2015 and M.P.No.1 of 2015 P.N.PRAKASH, J, This Court has appointed Mr. C.Manickam, District Judge(Retired) as Commissioner to receive and settle the claims from various depositors, by order dated 16.10.2015. This Court has granted 6 months time to the Commissioner to complete the assignments.

2. It is submitted by the counsel appearing for the parties that the Investigating Officer from E.O.W has not given the list of victims and other details. This Court directs the Deputy Superintendent of Police, E.O.W Team No.2, Guindy, who is the Investigating Officer to co-operate with the Commissioner by giving the necessary data required for settlement of the claims. All the parties are also directed to co-operate with the Commissioner. The commissioner is also empowered to make disbursement to victims if money is made available to him and if he deems it expedient in the interest of justice. At present, the Secretariat of the Commissioner is at D.No.GF-2, Girija Apartments, No.50, J.N.Salai, 100 Feet Road, Arumbakkam, Chennai - 106.

3. The Registry is directed to draft this order and send it to all the parties including the Commissioner, whose address is given above.
