Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the entire records relating to the proceedings of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka. A2 No.1667/2011 dated 20.4.2013, published in Tamil Nadu Govt. Gazette Extra Ordinary dated 22.4.2013 and quash the same.

This Writ Petition has been filed, challenging the impugned proceedings of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka. A2 No.1667/2011 dated 20.4.2013, published in Tamil Nadu Govt. Gazette Extra Ordinary dated 22.4.2013 removing him from the post of President of Ubadalai Panchyat, Coonoor Panchayat Union, The Nilgiris District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the tenure of President post held by the petitioner was already expired, nothing survives in this writ petition.
