This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.507 of 2013 pending on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge - I, Tindivanam.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even though, the matter is pending for more than six years and there is no stay granted by this Court, the learned counsel is not appearing before this Court and conduct the case on merit. Therefore, this criminal original petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
