Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to implement the Clause 20.08 and 20.12 of Industry Level Bipartite Settlement dated 19.10.1966 in pursuance of Notification made dated 30.3.2017 in Lr.No.680/3 G81/1456 issued by the 1st respondent to appoint the petitioner on regular basis in the permanent post of Sub Staff in the respondent's Bank.
