By consent of both parties, the Writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.
The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the third respondent to consider his
petition dated 20.11.2017, bearing No.2017/9005/12/955018/1120 and consequently to issue patta in his name in respect of Grama Natham land in survey No.263/A and New Survey No.1293/2, to an extent of 1370.25sq.ft/127.30sq.m, in Marchanaickenpalayam Village, Pollachi Taluk, Coimbatore District 3.
According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a petition on 20.11.2017 through on-line to the third respondent seeking to issue patta in his name in respect of Grama Natham land in survey No.263/A and New Survey No.1293/2, measuring an extent of 1370.25sq.ft/127.30sq.m, situated in Marchanaickenpalayam Village, Pollachi Taluk, Coimbatore District, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the third respondent. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

Heard Mr.N.Inbanathan, learned Additional Government Pleader on behalf of the respondents.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's petition dated 20.11.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law after issuing notice to the petitioner and the persons interested in this regard and also affording them an opportunity of personal hearing, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
