Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to pass an order of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to rectify and carry out necessary corrections in the measurement as 29.6 feet instead of 27.6 feet in respect of eastern side abating the road (Abith Nagar) and to effect transferred of Patta in favour of the petitioner for the extent of 1305 sq.ft., on the eastern side on the basis of the Registered Settlement Deed dated 11.08.2004 in Doc.No.3066/2004 on the file of SRO, Kodambakkam, Chennai.

ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to rectify and carry out necessary corrections in the measurement as 29.6 feet instead of 27.6 feet in respect of eastern side abating the road (Abith Nagar) and to effect transferred of Patta in favour of the petitioner for the extent of 1305 sq.ft., on the eastern side on the basis of the Registered Settlement Deed dated 11.08.2004 in Doc.No.3066/2004 on the file of SRO, Kodambakkam, Chennai.
2.Mrs.A.B.Reehana Begum, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 24.05.2021 at 11.00 a.m at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the office of the second respondent/Tahsildar. 3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.
4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from 24.05.2021.
