The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that already investigation has been completed in Crime No.678 of 2015 pending on the file of the respondent police and the same was closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and the closure report has also been filed. The Referred Charge Sheet notice was also served to the second respondent herein.
