O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/wife of the detenu to grant leave for one day i.e.20.08.2015 to the detenu Silambu @ Silambarasan, son of Easudass, now confined in Central Prison, Puzhal II, Chennai, for attending the marriage of the detenu's sister, which was solemnized on 20.08.2015.

2.This Court, on 19.08.2015, granted parole to the detenu Silambu @ Silambarasan, son of Easudass, from 05.30 p.m. on 19.08.2015 to 10.00 a.m. on 21.08.2015 for attending his sister's marriage. The Registry was also directed to post the matter on 21.08.2015 for reporting compliance.

3.Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the order of this Court was complied with and the detenu was put back to Cetral Prison, Puzhal II, Chennai, on 21.08.2015 at 10.00 a.m., itself. 4.In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this petition is closed.
