The Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to transfer order in RC.No.A5/11483/10 D.O.No.632/2011 dated 08.06.2011 passed by the 1st respondent to retain the petitioner in the same place and post.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that, against the order of transfer, stay has been granted by this Court. During the pendency of this petition, petitioner has been promoted as Superintendent and now working at Chennai Head Office and hence nothing survives in this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, recording the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent, Writ petition may be diposed of.

4. In the circumstances stated by the learned counsel for the respondent that during the pendency of this writ petition, petitioner had been promoted as Superintendent and working in Chennai Head Office, this Court is of the view that, nothing survives in this petition.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 12.01.2024 Index :Yes/No Internet:Yes/No Sma
