ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to consider the representation dated 02.01.2024 given by the petitioner to drop the eligibility criteria mentioned in the terms of settlement for promotion dated 26.10.2023 between the Management and the Union. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioners dated 02.01.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
