2020 alternatively direct the 1st respondent to pay wages under 17 B of the Act under the present minimum was Act without violating the Article 21 and 23 of the Constitution India from 01.03.2020 [in W.M.P.No.1047 of 2022] pending disposal of the W.P.No.8570 of 2021 Order : This Miscellaneous petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.PACKIARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.KATHIRESAN, STANDING COUNSEL for the 1st Respondent and of M/S.S.ANITHA, SPECIAL GOVERNMENT PLEADER for the 2nd Respondent, the court made the following order:- Till date, there is no interim order granted by this Court. Only notice has been ordered in this writ petition.
