(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner to cause production of her daughter by name S.Nandhini, aged 17 years, before this Court and to set her at liberty.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled before the Tamil Naud Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Chennai.

3. Having gone through the Mediation Report and Mediation Agreement dated 20.04.2015, which shall form part of the order and recording the same, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
