Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to complete the selection process and issue appointment orders to the selected candidates as Junior Training Officers coming under the Tamil Nadu Employment and Training Subordinate Service pursuant to G.O.Ms.No.156, Labour and Employment (P2) Department, dated 28.09.2015 expeditiously. ORDER
The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that, though the 1st respondent / Government issued G.O.Ms.No.156 dated 28.09.2015 to fill up the 350 vacancies of Junior Training Officers, the petitioners were participated in the selection process and wrote the examination for the post of Junior Training Office only on 21.02.2016, till date the respondents have not completed the process of recruitment and hence, the petitioners came forward to file this writ petition. *2."Mr.V.Kadhirvelu, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondents submits that due to non-availability of experts, they are unable to conclude the recruitment process and he has been instructed that the same shall be completed within a period of one month and accordingly, prays for appropriate orders."

In such view of the submisions, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that they have no objection, if the recruitment process is concluded within the aforesaid period.

Heard the submissions of both sides and perused the materials placed before it.
*"Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, especially, the submissions made, this Court disposes of this Writ Petition with a direction to the second respondent to complete the process of recruitment on merits and in accordance with law within the period as submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader for the first and second respondents. However, the aforesaid period shall be reckoned from the date of production/receipt of a copy of this order to the second respondent. The petitioners are at liberty to produce the copy of the order before the second respondent."

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition are also closed. No costs.
