PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to call for the records pertain to the impugned proceedings in E.P.No.09 of 2019, in I.A.No.3246 of 2013 in H.M.O.P.No.501 of 2011, on the file of the IV Additional Family Court, Chennai and strike of the same.

The prayer sought for in the present revision petition is to call for the records pertain to the impugned proceedings in E.P.No.09 of 2019, in I.A.No.3246 of 2013 in H.M.O.P.No.501 of 2011, on the file of the IV Additional Family Court, Chennai and strike of the same.

2. When the matter was listed on 08.03.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that this matter has become infructuous as the E.P.No.09 of 2019 has been terminated and submitted that nothing survives in the same. Accordingly, the matter was adjourned to 10.03.2021 under the caption 'for dismissal'.
