When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the subject has been kept in abeyance and the same cannot be challenged by way of filing writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India. Hence, he prayed this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file fresh writ petition, if the respondents proceed the charges and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.
2. In view of the aforesaid submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
