ORDER

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN, J) The petitioner, second respondent along with the minor child, Anirudh are present before us in the presence of both the learned counsel and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

2. We are glad to record that there is a compromise arrived at between the parties and both Mrs.Durga Devagi and Mr.K.Vijay https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

have taken a wise decision to live as husband and wife peacefully and happily.

3. In view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and the second respondent, we find it just and reasonable to close this Habeas Corpus Petition and accordingly, recording the settlement, this Habeas Corpus Petition is ordered to be closed. No costs.
