O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner alleges unauthorized construction by private respondent no.5. The stand of the respondent authorities placed before us is that stop work notice was issued on 12.12.2013 and on inspection being carried out, it is found that the fifth respondent has demolished the deviated / unauthorized portion vide report dated 04.11.2016.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, seeks to dispute the position. If it is so, he may inform the Corporation of the allegation he seeks to make for the Corporation to verify the same.

3.Writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2014 also stands dismissed.
