CRIME NO.1019/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in the bail order passed in Crl.OP.No. 24868 of 2021 on 17.12.2021 directing the petitioner shall appear before the respondent polcie daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.H.VINOBHA GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners on 17.12.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.24868 of 2021 to execute sureties.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first and fifteenth day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
