ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to forthwith register a case on the Petitioner's complaint dated 21.1.2015 in RC No.09/AC-CCB/EDF-1/PE/2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law and submit a final report to the concerned Court expeditiously, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 27.4.2015. A copy of the closure report has also been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
