(Order of the Court made by C.T.SELVAM, J.) This petition has been filed by petitioner/husband of the detenue Uma Devi, to cause his wife's production before this Court.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The alleged detenue is produced before this Court. On enquiry, she informs that she independently is living and that she has not suffered any detention at the hands of anybody. She informs her intent to continue to live alone and that her infant daughter is in the care and custody of her mother.
