C.M.P.Nos.1557, 1567 & 1571 of 2019 in S.A.No.1279 of 2008 P.T.ASHA, J., C.M.P.No.1557 of 2019 is filed to to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent in the above Second Appeal.

2. C.M.P.No.1567 of 2019 is filed to condone the delay of 2386 days in seeking to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent in the above Second Appeal.

3. C.M.P.No.1571 of 2019 is filed to bring on record the respondents 1 to 4 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent and rank them as respondents 2 to 5 in the above Second Appeal.

4. Notice has been served on the respondents and they have also entered appearance through counsel. Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given, the above petitions are ordered as prayed for.
