The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition in Crl.M.P.No.2428 of 2020 in Crl.A.No.134 of 2020 dated 03.03.2020 in paragraph b(ii) directing the petitioner to appear before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore at Vridhachalam on the first working day of every month until disposal of criminal Appeal.

2. Heard both sides.

3. This Court is inclined to take up the appeal alone and thereby, this Court is not inclined to relax the said condition imposed on the appellant. Hence, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
