ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the first respondent herein to produce petitioner's wife Banu Priya, aged 35 years, before this Court and to set her at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a complaint has been registered in Cr.No.229 of 2018 for woman missing on 09.12.2018. Thereafter, the detenue was secured and produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate. After being with the petitioner, who is the husband, she once again left. This time, no complaint has been given.

4. From the submission made, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case and the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
