ORDER

The prayer of the petitioner is for a mandamus directing the Taluk Level Task Force Committee / R2 and the Revenue Divisional Officer / R3 to complete enquiry in regard to the allegations of excess quarrying in Survey No. 289/2C and to further direct them to dispose his representation dated 06.12.2023. 2.

Mr.Vijay Anand, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the official respondents circulates a copy of proceedings in RDO/TPT/284/2024-A1 dated 12.03.2024 to the effect that the representation has been disposed, enquiry caused as against R7 and the allegations of excess quarrying. 3.

The result of the enquiry is in favour of the petitioner. Hence, the purpose of this writ petition stands achieved and 2/4

recording order dated 12.03.2024, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
