(CRIME NO. 228 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.OP.No.21750 of 2021 order dated 19.11.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.21750 of 2021 dated 19.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed to that effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
