This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.09.2012 in CSR.No.247 of 2012.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has given the complaint way back in the year 2012 and has come forward with this application only in the year 2014.

4. Hence, a direction as prayed for by the petitioner cannot be granted at a belated stage and this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
