Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent Bank to sanction and disburse the educational loan of Rs.3,19,000/- (Rupees three lakhs and nineteen thousand only) to the petitioner for the entire academic years as per the fee structure of the institution for his Bachelor Degree (Mechanical Engineering), in United Institute of Technology, G.Goundampalayam, Coimbatore District.
