(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.K.Natarajan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader, for respondents 1 to 5 and Mr.S.Arockia Maniraj, learned counsel for the sixth respondent.

2. The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking a direction to the official respondents to remove the encroachment put up by respondents 6 and 7 in a government track path.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader submits that the encroachment has been removed.

4. In light of that, nothing survives for adjudication. The writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. (S.V.G., CJ.)
