O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.09.2017 seeking employment on compassionate ground.

2. Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Mr.R.S.Selvam, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents, submitted that as per seniority maintained in the matter of compassionate ground appointment, the case of the petitioner will be considered and also sought for four weeks time to consider the pending representation.

4. Considering the limited scope of prayer, this Court directs the respondents 2 and 3 to consider and dispose of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner's representation dated 13.09.2017, seeking appointment on compassionate ground and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
