This Criminal Original petition has been filed for a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.7 of 2019, on the file of All Women Police Station-Central, Coimbatore to some other agency.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that now the investigation has been completed in Crime No.7 of 2019 and final report has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.426 of 2020 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Coimbatore and it is pending for trial and hence, this Criminal Original Petition itself has become infructuous.
