Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioners mail representation dated 10.01.2023 consequently direct the respondent to extent time to upload the e-documents in Tender Ref. No. 6925/ Tourism/ U5/ 2022 and open the tender, declare the results of the bid of the petitioner. 1/4

O R D E R

The writ of mandamus has been instituted to direct the respondent to extend the time to upload the e-documents in Tender Ref. No. 6925/ Tourism/ U5/ 2022 and open the tender.

2. Pursuant to the interim order, the petitioner was permitted to submit the tender documents manually in person. Accordingly, the petitioner submitted his documents which were considered by the authorities. Technical bid and financial bid were already completed and the respondent is in the process of finalizing the tender.

3. That being the factum, the respondents are directed to complete the process by following the procedures as contemplated and proceed with the execution of works as per the tender notification. 2/4

4. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
