W.M.P.No.4170 of 2020 in W.P.No.13861 of 2017 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.J., The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the present petition has been filed to substitute the petitioners 1 to 5, legal heirs of the deceased P.Kuppan in the W.P.No.13861 of 2017 as respondents in the place of deceased P.Kuppan.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent/petitioner submitted that he has no objection in allowing the present petition.

3. Having regard to the averments made in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to substitute the petitioners as respondents in the place of deceased P.Kuppan. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
