Crl.M.P.No.581 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.24151 of 2022 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that she shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation in Crl.M.P.No.17765 of 2022 by order dated 25.11.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court and the charge sheet has not been filed.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the final report and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
