Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MS.REENA Advocate for M/S.M.MALAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.F.TERRYCHELLARAJA Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.] On behalf of the learned counsel on record, Ms.R.Reena, learned counsel submitted that CMP No.6245 of 2017 in CMA Sr.No.47309 of 2016, filed for an order seeking exemption of Court fee, be dismissed as withdrawn. She has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Placing on record the above, CMP No.6245 of 2017, is dismissed.

3. Appellants are directed to pay the required Court fee.

4. On payment of the same, Registry is directed to process the appeal papers, as per law.
