Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records in proceedings in Patta No.78 dated 12.12.2020 passed by the 2nd respondent in removing the name of the petitioner from patta No.78 and quash the same. ORDER

The petitioner has couched the prayer differently, but in essence, she impugns an order of the third respondent, under which, her name in patta no.78 has been removed. 2.Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the third respondent.

3.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1 and 2 and submitted that the Tahsildar, Annur ought to have been impleaded as the second respondent but, only the Tahsildhar, Madukkarai has been impleaded as the second respondent. A natural appeal to the RDO, Coimbatore (North) is available to the petitioner. He also clarified that both the second respondent and the Tahsildhar, Annur fall under the jurisdiction of the same RDO. 4.This Court now directs the petitioner to approach the RDO, Coimbatore North with her appeal, if she is so desirous of challenging the impugned proceedings of the Tahsildhar, Annur, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.As and when the appeal is preferred, the RDO, Coimbatore North is directed to receive the same, cause notice on all the parties who are likely to be affected thereby and dispose of the same within a reasonable period, also taking into account the number of such similar appeals pending before him 6.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
