ORDER
On earlier occasions, when the matter was taken up for consideration by this Court i.e., on 30.09.2019 and 14.10.2019, there was no representation for the Petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted today under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Even today, i.e. 15.10.2019, when the matter is taken up for consideration, neither the Petitioner is present nor there is any representation on behalf of the Petitioner and hence, this Court is of the view that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed, for non-prosecution.
No costs.
