There is no appearance for the petitioner. Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned Additional Public Prosecutor informed that the petitioners herein have taken a decision to participate in the trial proceedings. During the trial, eleven witnesses have already been examined by the prosecution and the matter is now posted on 27.09.2021 for cross-examination of PW.7 and the other witnesses.
2. Since the petitioners have decided to participate in the trial proceedings, which is the proper course to adopt, nothing further survives and the present Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
