ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing to consider the representation dated 02.12.2019 and consequently direct the third respondent to mutate the name of the petitioner in respect of the land measuring an extent of one acre comprised in old survey No.137/1 and new survey No.137/1B situated at Eagai Village, Thirukazhukundram Taluk.

2. Heard, Mr.K.S.Kaviarasu, the learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.S.Rajesh, Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 02.12.2019 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders to mutate the name of the petitioner in respect of the land measuring an extent of one acre comprised in old survey No.137/1 and new survey No.137/1B situated at Eagai Village, Thirukazhukundram Taluk, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
