This petition has been filed seeking to amend the petitioner name as N.Sambath instead of S.Sambath in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29572 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024.

In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in Crl.O.P.No.29572 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024 and issue fresh order copy.
