Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of appearing before the respondent police on the 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed upon the petitioner in the order dated 27.07.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.7016/2021 in Crl.O.P.No.11291/2020 on the file of this Honourable Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MAYILNATHAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7016 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.11291 of 2020 on 27.07.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified that, till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e. on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
