4. C.M.P.No.1037 of 2023 is filed to set aside the abatement caused on the death of the deceased 5th appellant in S.A.No.657 of 2000.

5. C.M.P.No.1039 of 2023 is filed to bring on record the petitioners 9 to 12 in this petition as the legal representatives of the deceased 5th appellant in S.A.No.657 of 2000 and rank them as appellants 9 to 12 in S.A.No.657 of 2000.

6. C.M.P.No.1044 of 2023 is filed to set aside the abatement caused on the death of the deceased 5th appellant in S.A.No.658 of 2000.

7. C.M.P.No.1045 of 2023 is filed to bring on record the petitioners 9 to 12 in this petition as the legal representatives of the 2/4

deceased 5th appellant in S.A.No.658 of 2000 and rank them as appellants 9 to 12 in S.A.No.658 of 2000.

8. The learned counsel for the respondents have no objection for these petitions being ordered. Accordingly, the petitions are ordered as prayed for.
