ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking to relax a condition imposed on the petitioner in the order of this court dated 16.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.31278 of 2024, to the effect that the petitioner shall stay at Tiruvallur and report before the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Tiruvallur everyday at 06.30 p.m until further orders.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side). He would further submit that the investigation is still pending.

3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, on every first Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
