C.R.P.(PD).No.183 of 2022 R.N.MANJULA,J., By an order dated 31.01.2022, this Court allowed C.R.P.(PD).No.183 of 2022, with a direction to the Rent Court to dispose of the application in R.L.T.O.P.No.510 of 2020 along with all Interlocutory Applications that are pending, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2.The learned XVI Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai by a letter to the Registry, dated 09.06.2022, seeks extension to dispose of the application in R.L.T.O.P.No.510 of 2020 along with all Interlocutory Applications that are pending, on the ground that the Miscellaneous Petitions were filed by both sides and the Court could not dispose the applications and the delay is caused.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned XVI Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai, one month time is hereby granted to dispose of the application in R.L.T.O.P.No.510 of 2020 along with all pending Interlocutory Applications, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 18.07.2022 vkr https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
